Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to respect the time of our artist and other clients and continue providing exceptional service.

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total.

Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours will be subject to the 50% fee.

Tardiness

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to properly accommodate your service.

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and a 75% fee will be charged based on the scheduled service total.

Refunds

There is a strict no-refund policy at Pigment Theory Spa. We will do our best to perfect your nails to your desired tastes, however extensive revisions may extend service times or require a seperate booking to respect the time of other guests and our tech.

Repairs

Nail repairs are 100% free-of-charge within 48 hours of your appointment if any damages, chips, or lifting occur. We stand by the quality of our products and techniques. Even past the 48 hour period, please reach out, and we may be available to schedule a nail repair or revision. Nail repair appointments are to be scheduled directly with Pigment Theory Spa through email, text, call, or in-person.

Paying in Full

Clients who choose to pay in full prior to their appointment are still subject to our cancellation and tardiness policies.

No-shows will incur a 75% fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee, deducted from the refundable amount.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Gift Certificates + Subscriptions

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Subscriptions, after purchase, have no cash value and are non-refundable. Unused service credits will roll-over to the following month, however each service credit has an expiration 24 months after initial purchase.

30-day notice of subscription cancellation must be given to avoid any cancellation fees, equal to the monthly recurring payment. For example, if one wants to cancel their subscription by June 30th, they must give cancellation notice by May 31st to avoid any extra payment.

Coupon codes, or other discounts, do not stack onto existing subscription discounted rates.

Subscription members are subject to cancellation and "no-show" policies according to the original retail value of the intended services.

Extra Guests + Children

Due to our smaller space, we cannot accommodate any extra guests or children at any time. With the presence of chemicals and high-temperature devices, it is not a safe or appropriate environment to allow small children to roam as there is a possibility of injury. There is a small conference room or a community recreation room available if another adult (18+) is present to chaperone. Service is subject to cancellation if policies are not followed.

To maintain a calm, safe, and hygienic environment, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client.
