  • We offer low-odor gel manicures, pedicures, and full-sets! It is our goal to maintain a serene environment to help you feel restored and beautiful. Acrylic services are not offered at this time.

  • Booking is simple! Select the “Bookings” button under any service on our services page or the upper right hand corner of our website to be redirected to our scheduling webpage. If online is not your preferred method, feel free to give Pigment Theory Spa a call at (910)236-6160 during regular business hours!

  • Nail art services are priced per each finger among several different price points, according to time constraint and difficulty. For example, French-style tips are offered at $2 per finger, so for all 10 fingers, the nail art adds an additional $20 to your service.

    Our pricing scale for art is as follows:

    French $2/per

    Simple Art $3/per

    Intermediate Art $5/per

    Intricate Art $7/per

    Character Art $10/per

    Script Art $4/per

  • Great question! It varies on a case-by-case basis, but as a general guideline, we price it according to the amount of time needed to fulfill an art request and the necessity of additional product or curing time. For instance, simple art adds an additional 3 minutes per finger. Intermediate art adds an additional 8 minutes per finger, and intricate adds an additional 15 minutes per finger! Character art and script are priced seperately due to individual requirements, such as attention to proportions and more intense techniques.

  • When scheduling your appointment through our online portal, make sure to select your desired level of nail art (i.e. french, simple, script, etc) and submit your desired inspiration images and/or comments in our booking form! If we need any more information from you, we will reach out.

  • ABSOLUTELY!

    Silent appointments are incredibly welcome. We are here to create a space where you feel inclined to rest, recharge, and relax. Pigment Theory Spa is a safe place, and we are here to cater to YOU! If you desire to book a silent appointment in advance, feel free to select the “Silent Appointment” add-on during booking. It is complimentary and encouraged for anyone looking to truly rest during their appointment.

  • We do! We offer after-hours appointments on a case-by-case basis. However, we do charge an additional fee dependent on appointment start time and ranked by tiers. If you are interested in after-hours appointments, please give us a call, send a text, or fill out a contact form!

  • Oh no! Nail repairs are free-of-charge 48 hours after your nail appointment. Please contact us by email, phone call, or text, and we will directly schedule a nail repair appointment. If your nail is damaged after the 48-hour window, please contact us! We can still help you for a fee ($5/nail) to cover product and labor. Providing quality product and technique is our number one directive at Pigment Theory Spa.

  • Unfortunately due to our smaller space, we cannot accommodate any extra guests or children at any time. With the presence of chemicals and high-temperature devices, it is not a safe or appropriate environment to allow small children to roam as there is a possibility of injury. If an adult (18+) is present to chaperone, they may wait in the community recreation room or the adjacent conference room (if available). Service is subject to cancellation if policies are not respected.
